This item should be kept frozen until the night before consumption. Remove from freezer, let thaw in refrigerator over night. If necessary let sit in bigger container of hot water (NOT BOILING) until completely thawed but still cold. At consumption, crack open cap, close and shake again. Then enjoy. Will last 3 days after opening and refrigerated.
