NOTE: We cook our vegetables with a quick yet thorough stove-top high-heat rapid finish. Our goal is to preserve the nutrient as well as the tenderness. This yields a "wilted green" (kale and spinach) and tender veggies (slightly soft and low snap). Remember your reheating will take veggies to a softer level.
Kale and Veggies
Four servings of a colorful and crispy vegetable dish including carrots, kale, zucchini, red peppers, green onions, flaxseed and a splash of lemon/lime juice.

Like all of our food items, we use no frozen or canned items in our juice. All fresh, all natural, all good.
